I hope you are enjoying the summer season. It has been a pretty hot one where I live so I've been keeping cool in the studio working on new music. Here's what's been going on lately:
New photos from the planetarium show
I recently received some photos that my brother took of me during my successful “Arrizza - Under the Stars” planetarium show this past May. They capture more of the stunning visuals that were used for the show.
NEW MUSIC IN THE WORKS
Great news! I have been busy in the studio working on new music for my next two albums. First, I have been diligently working on my next Spanish guitar album that I have been putting off for some time. (Sorry!) It is coming out nicely and the album which will be entitled, “Strums of Delight”, will comprise of 10-12 songs featuring live instrumentation and great themes, uptempo numbers and once again an eclectic combination of different styles from Mediterranean, New Age and Electronic music. The overall theme is one of joy, I can't wait to finally release this one sometime next year!
In addition, I have also been already working on my next New Age/Electronic keyboard-oriented album, which will have a more gentler vibe than my previous albums. All 11 songs have been composed and are now in the recording stages. It will feature more romantic/fantasy themes and even some added vocals! I will share some sneak previews of the songs on my social media in the coming weeks as they're are being developed. Stay tuned!
ELECTRONIC DREAMS - Remaster
In earlier blogs, I've mentioned that my first keyboard album, Electronic Dreams, is in the process of being remixed and remastered for a future anniversary release. So far it is coming out well but the project will take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. This is a good thing actually as it will give more time to tweak the mixes until they are polished nicely! Stay tuned for the latest on this ever-evolving project.
ARRIZZA - UNDER THE STARS - library presentation
Capitalizing on the success of my latest performance at the Vanderbilt Museum's Reichert planetarium, I will be performing at the South Country Library in Bellport, NY under the same program - same show minus a few small program changes. It will be announced officially very soon in the coming weeks so keep checking in on my website and social media for the latest! ;-)
